Terms and operating boundaries.
These website terms describe the general boundaries of NichesBuilt information, free tools, and build services. A project proposal or order confirmation may add specific scope and delivery terms.
No earnings or ranking guarantee
Affiliate websites are speculative publishing businesses. NichesBuilt does not guarantee search rankings, indexation, traffic, affiliate-program approval, conversion, commission rates, revenue, or profit. Examples and calculator results are illustrations, not promises.
Tool outputs
The niche diagnostic and revenue calculator are screening and planning tools. Their outputs depend entirely on the self-reported evidence and assumptions entered. Verify material decisions independently.
Scope and delivery
The selected package defines the initial quantity and type of content and development work. A 72-hour delivery target begins after required inputs, access, niche approval, and payment are complete. Material scope changes can change the schedule or price.
Ownership
Unless a proposal states otherwise, the customer receives the completed website source code and commissioned content after full payment. Third-party services, fonts, software, product data, trademarks, and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for domain ownership, affiliate-program applications and compliance, merchant disclosures, business and tax obligations, ongoing content accuracy, and any claims or changes made after handoff.
Payments, changes, and refunds
Stripe processes payments. The applicable checkout, proposal, or order confirmation governs cancellation, revision, and refund terms for a specific project. Contact NichesBuilt promptly if the scope or circumstances change.
