NichesBuilt ("we", "us", "our") is operated by David King, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. We build done-for-you affiliate websites. Our website is nichesbuilt.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily provide:

  • Contact form: Name, email address, niche interest, package preference, and any message you include.
  • Payment: When you purchase a package, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and the niche you specified. We do not see or store your card number — Stripe handles that entirely.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiry and deliver the service you purchased.
  • To send you a confirmation email when you submit the contact form.
  • To communicate about your project during and after delivery.

We do not use your data for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed below.

Third-party services

We use these services to operate nichesbuilt.com:

  • Vercel — website hosting + Web Analytics & Speed Insights (anonymized page view data, no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking). Privacy policy
  • Stripe — payment processing. Privacy policy
  • Resend — transactional email delivery. Privacy policy
  • Upstash — Redis cache for the niche scorer (rate limiting + result caching). Privacy policy
  • DataForSEO — Google search data API used by the niche scorer tool. Queries you submit to the scorer are sent to DataForSEO; no personal data is included.

No advertising scripts, no marketing pixels, no third-party tracking cookies. The only analytics in use is Vercel's privacy-friendly Web Analytics, which collects anonymized aggregate data only — no per-user identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights operate without cookies. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and project communications are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and handle any follow-up. Payment records are retained as required by UK tax law (typically 6 years). You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing david@nichesbuilt.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email david@nichesbuilt.com.
