Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

NichesBuilt provides a done-for-you website building service. When you purchase a package, you receive a complete affiliate website including source code, content, and associated assets as described on the package page at the time of purchase.

2. Ownership and intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the delivered website and all content created for it. You may modify, publish, resell, or otherwise use the site however you wish. The following exceptions apply:

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the underlying template system, build tooling, or research pipeline used to create your site.
• Third-party assets (fonts, open-source libraries) remain under their original licenses.

3. Delivery

Growth and Authority packages are delivered within 72 hours of receiving your niche brief. Domination packages are delivered within 5 business days. Delivery means: source code pushed to a GitHub repository you control, with deployment instructions provided. Timelines begin after we confirm your niche and any specific product requests.

4. Revisions

One round of revisions is included with every package. Revisions cover adjustments to product selection, content emphasis, or design preferences within the scope of the purchased package. Adding products or pages beyond the package count is treated as a content expansion (billed separately).

5. Refunds

If I am unable to deliver your site within the stated timeframe, you receive a full refund. After delivery, if you are unsatisfied with the quality, I will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, a partial refund may be offered at my discretion based on the work completed.

6. What I don't provide

• Hosting or domain registration — I'll deploy to your Vercel/Netlify/Cloudflare account. You're responsible for the hosting account and domain.
• Affiliate program accounts — You sign up for Amazon Associates or other programs yourself.
• Traffic or revenue guarantees — I build a high-quality site positioned to rank. SEO results depend on niche competition, your ongoing efforts, and factors outside my control.
• Ongoing maintenance — Unless you've purchased the Domination package (which includes 30-day post-launch support), the site is yours to maintain after delivery.

7. Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate niche and product information when requested.
• Responding to questions within a reasonable timeframe during the build (delays on your end may extend delivery).
• Complying with affiliate program terms (Amazon Associates, etc.) when using the site.
• Ensuring your use of the site complies with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of liability

NichesBuilt's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your package. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. The site is provided as-is upon delivery.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
